Horizon Link LLC does not accept unauthorized chargebacks. If you experience any issue with our service, you must contact our support team first so we can resolve the matter.
We reserve the right to store transaction records, authorization messages, and invoices as proof of service delivery and payment authorization.
Refund Policy

If you experience any issue with our service, you may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the transaction date.
Refund requests must be submitted to our support team with your name, transaction details, and reason for the request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank.
Horizon Link LLC does not accept chargebacks. Customers agree to contact our support team first for resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and refunds may be provided within the 3-day period when applicable.
